A Rooms Division Executive is in charge of Front Office and Housekeeping and needs to have knowledge and skills in human resources, financial management, revenue management, technology, guest service, security, and rooms management to do the work properly.
The CRDE certification and designation are the industry-validated recognition that you are an excellent manager.
