Selection Procedure



The College accepts students regardless of race, religious belief, gender, or sexual orientation. Selection takes place on the basis of prior education, attitude, and aptitude for the hospitality and tourism industry, and willingness to cooperate with the College’s educational, cultural and social requirements.




Admission



Applications are accepted on the basis of official grade reports, transcripts, and/or records of experience.




Admission Process for Degree Programs



The admission process for local students includes:

a. An admission interview to determine the applicant’s interest in and suitability for the hospitality/tourism industry;

b. Completion of an admission essay to assess the applicant’s level of proficiency in English.


The admission process for international students whose native language is English includes an online admission interview to determine the applicant’s interest in and suitability for the hospitality/tourism industry.


The admission process for international students whose native language is not English and who did not attend an international school includes:

a. A video call admission interview to determine the applicant’s interest in and suitability for the hospitality/tourism industry;

b. Successful completion of the official TOEFLE Test.




Entry Level Requirements



The application requirements for seeking admission to the Bachelor Degree, Associate Degree, and Diploma programs are as follows.


Admission to Level One of the Bachelor Degree Program

Prerequisites: Secondary general or vocational education, or higher education.


Advanced Entry

Holders of an Associate Degree in Hospitality and/or Tourism Management or other equivalent or higher professional qualification may seek admission to the third year of the four-year Bachelor’s Degree program.


Mature Age Entry

Students who are 21 years of age or older who do not qualify for matriculation into the above programs by the indicated standards may be admitted to the College based on their:

a. Prior education

b. Work experience

c. Maturity


Re-Acceptance

a. A College student who withdraws from college and intends to return for the ensuing academic year may assume re-acceptance, unless notified otherwise by the Student Admission Committee. b. A student who is re-admitted after withdrawing from the College for one year or longer, must update the personal information by filling in the enrolment forms. If the student has attended another College/University since the last enrolment, an official transcript from that institution must be submitted. The current curriculum will be in effect.


Occasional Student

A student pursuing a course not leading to a degree or other qualification assigned by the College is not required to fulfill all the entry requirements, but must ensure the Academic Committee of his/her educational suitability to pursue the course.




Enrolment Period



Applications are being accepted NOW for:

• First semester

• Second semester


Individuals will have an opportunity to enroll throughout the year from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


First Semester: Students will have an opportunity to enroll Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Students enrolled before or on September 6, 2023 will receive a special discount on the college fees.


Second Semester: Students will have an opportunity to enroll Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. no later than January 5, 2024.




Late Enrolment



Special permission is required from the Academic Committee to enroll after September 6, 2023. Students who enroll after the closing date will be charged an additional fee for late enrolment.




How to Enrol



Applicants need to submit the following documents to the Administrative Support Office:

a. Completed Application Form

b. Bank statement for payment of the enrollment fee

c. Copy of certificate(s), diploma(s)

d. Copy of grade report, transcript, and a record of experience

e. Copy of ID card or passport

f. Two recent passport-size photos

g. Completion of the required documents


The enrolment is complete when the student has fulfilled the above requirements and signed the enrolment agreement including a statement that he/she will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the College.




College Fees
